Müller is planned to arrive in Vancouver next Wednesday, with his introductory media conference and the first training session for Thursday. Whitecaps FC plays six of their last nine regular season matches at BC Place, including Sunday 17 August.

Müller joins Whitecaps FC after a remarkable 17-year career at FC Bayern Munich, where he became one of the most successful players in European football history. The attacking icon collected 756 performances, 250 goals and 238 assists, so that the club has obtained a record 33 titles, including:
