FC Bayern will be without Alphonso Davies for a long time after the international break. Dayot Upamecano will also be out in the coming weeks.
Davies was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament in his right knee after his return of the Canadian national team. He will undergo surgery today. The 24-year-old will miss the German record champions for a few months. Upamecano is diagnosed with free joint bodies in his left knee, which means that he will not be available for FC Bayern for a few weeks.

Davies was injured early in the 2-1 victory of Canada in the US in California. Upamecano and France had reached the final four of the UEFA Nations League with a 5-4 penalty shoot-out victory over Croatia in Paris.
