Dani Olmo and Pau Victor are eligible to play for Barcelona for the rest of the season, after the Spanish authorities have maintained the club's profession to approve their registrations.
On Wednesday, Laliga lowered Barca's salary limit and claimed that the recently submitted accounts of the club did not match the figures of the end of the year given by an earlier auditor.
In a statement, Laliga said that the proceeds from the sale of VIP chairs in the renovated Camp Nou -Huis of Barca was not included in the accounts, which means that the club did not meet the rules for financial exhibition.
As a result, Leaga said that the League leaders Olmo and Victor could not register, who won an appeal to have their registrations temporarily ratify in January.
Prior to the expiry of that temporary measure, Olmo and Victor were out for the prospect of having to sit outside the rest of the campaign.
But Barca President Joan Laporta promised to combat LaLiga's statement and on Thursday the Spain's National Sports Council (CSD) confirmed a appeal from the club.
The CSD said that the registrations of the two players remain valid because the Spanish football federation (RFEF) acknowledges “There is no resolution of the federation that corresponds to the cancellation of the licenses”.
“The professional career of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor have been protected since 8 January by the urgent precautionary measure granted by the CSD, with the sole purpose of avoiding irreparable damage until this procedure has been resolved,” the CSD said.
“Before not followed the correct procedures that have been laid down in the regulations and because they are not the body that is authorized to make decisions, the agreement of the monitoring committee of the RFEF-LABERA coordination agreement must be considered void and all the effects that are derived from the is invalid.”

Both players came to Barca last year and were only registered for the first half of the season, which means that their four -month reimbursements lasted on December 31.
In January the CSD Barcelona allowed the pair to register again for the time being, after two other courts have chosen the Liga side of the issue.
Laliga said that it would appeal the decision in a statement, with the text: “Leaga, who does not consider the aforementioned resolution as in accordance with the law, it will appeal immediately.”
Barcelona has struggled financially for several years, with the inflation of their wage account, which means that they cannot offer a new contract to club legend Lionel Messi in 2021.
The Blaugrana spent an estimated € 57.7 million in transfer costs last year and € 33.4 million the previous campaign, with € 159 million in the 2022-23 season.
