Paddy Pimblett drilled knee that cut Michael Chandler moments before UFC 314 co-main event

There was nothing lucky about the biggest victory of Paddy Pimblett.

'The Baddy' proved all his doubters wrong by Michael Chandler on his way to a TKO victory on the third round at UFC 314 in Miami, Florida, on Saturday evening.

After the fight, Paddy Pimblett claimed that everything he had worked in the gym in recent weeks had come to the Octagon in the Kaseya Center.

Now he has shared images to prove that the most striking shot of the fight was something that he did Backstage Beerort like Conor McGregor before he switched off Jose Aldo 10 years ago in 13 seconds.

Pimblett landed a clean flying knee to cut his opponent in the third round of the UFC 314 co-headliner.

The strike signaled the beginning of the end when Chandler was covered with blood and fights to survive from that moment, which led him to be heavily beaten before the referee came in to wave things away.

Now the 30-year-old Englishman has shared images from his last fighting evening, including a clip from him that hugs Chandler Backstage after having hit him three rounds.

It also catches Pimblett through a few pre-Vecht striking exercises with one of his coaches, who can be seen those pads hold while he perfectly finished the flying knee that he excited later in the evening.

Apparently it is a chance that they have worked on all the camp, and Pimblett has more images to prove it.

Fans can therefore expect that more clips from the UFC 314 camp from Pimblett will be released in the coming days.

What is the next step for Paddy Pimblett?

The seventh consecutive UFC victory of Pimblett earned him the #8 ranking list on Lightweight.

It is generally assumed that he is only one victory, removed from securing a UFC title shot.

During his UFC 314 Na-fight speech, Pimblett mentioned a legend as his ideal opponent, but expressed his willingness to face someone in the top five, alongside Arman Tsaruykan, with whom he has been battle in recent weeks.

“I respect Dustin [Poirier]Justin [Gaethje] and Charles [Oliveira]”He told Joe Rogan.

“Charles is the biggest legend of all and he becomes the best entry artist the UFCs ever seen.

“Well, I dispute that. I'm here, so I versus Charles.”

While Pimblett called his shot, it is currently unclear what Dana White is planning to do with him.

The only thing is that the next fight of the latest British superstar will be absolutely huge.
