'The Baddy' has the chance to send his stock in overdrive when he returns to the Co-Main event of UFC 314.
Paddy Pimblett will be opposed to Michael Chandler on 12 April in Miami, where a victory could catapult the star in an even greater competition.
The Brit is incredibly certain that he will stop the former title -seconder and he is certainly not the only one who believes that Saturday night will be in Miami to Pimblett.
Although he has become one of the biggest stars in sport since he arrived in the UFC in 2021, the scouser was already one of the most discussed hunters away from the Octagon at the time.
Pimblett made a lot of noise in Cage Warriors before he made the switch to the point at which he made the daring choice to reject the progress of the MMA leader at several times.

Paddy Pimblett wanted to continue to develop while making good money in Cage Warriors before he came to the UFC
With 14 fights in the promotion, Paddy Pimblett has spent the majority of his career with participation in the iconic yellow gloves of European Promotion Promotion Warriors.
'The Baddy' received global attention during this period by producing highlights with a personality and energy that demanded eyeballs.
Although they want to compete in the UFC, Pimblett took a contract to compete in the Octagon on two separate occasions for two important reasons.
He wanted to be ready for the UFC before he drew on the dotted line and there was no hurry to leave Cage Warriors in his career at that time.
One of those offers came in 2016 after Pimblett had won the featherweight title, but as his form of shape demonstrated before he came to the light, the young hunter still had a lot to learn.
He was also not in the temptation to make this potentially risky game due to the fact that Cage Warriors offered him more money at the time because of the star status that he was already painful.
It seemed inevitable that Pimblett would finally make the leap in 2018 with the Octagon who went to his hometown Liverpool for the first time.
The need for hand surgery and a pre -planned vacation saw 'The Baddy' miss this opportunity, while his teammate, Molly McCann, made her debut after drawing at the UFC of Cage Warriors.
After a loss for Soren Bak in 2018, Pimblett feared that his risk had not been paid off and that after he had dropped the UFC and had a defeat, he would not make it to the Octagon.
After he had produced his second consecutive first round finish in 2021 to bounce back, one of the most discussed fighters outside the UFC came to the party later that year and he has not looked back since then.
Paddy Pimblett has categorically made the right call
The career of Paddy Pimblett does not necessarily work as a lesson for all young and promising hunters, because not every athlete can reject the UFC twice and still end up on the largest stage.
'The Baddy' had a clear star quality that could be a bit more picky, but his process offers an invaluable lesson when it comes to waiting for the right time.
Pimblett suffered two major setbacks during his Cage Warriors career in and around the UFC who tried to secure his signature.
He waited until he was ready to fight at the highest level after learning some vital lessons and has now achieved six consecutive victories in what is perhaps the toughest division in the promotion.
