Paddy Pimblett thinks he knows who the first will be in line for a title shot after UFC 317.
The most important event of UFC 317 Pits Ilia Topuria against Charles Oliveira in an exciting collision for the UFC light weight title.
That is a belt on which Paddy Pimblett has focused since his UFC debut in 2021, and he has achieved seven wins in a row in the Octagon.
The Englishman may not be top of the UFC ranking, but he has warned the man who gets himself in the Octagon if he wants a title shot for “The Baddy”.

Paddy Pimblett warns Arman Tsarukyan to 'sit and wait' for a title shot
Arman Tsarukyan is perhaps the #1 ranked competition in the UFC Lightweight Division, but Pimblett thinks he should do more before he gets a title fight.
Pimblett spoke with Helen Yee Sports before UFC 317 and was asked if Tsarukyan would be the following for a UFC light weight title shot.
He warned that the Armenian must “sit and wait” before he predicts that Pimblett himself will get the next title shot if Topuria wins the belt.
“A few months ago I would have said yes, but then he started chatting about me. So no, the little p- can sit and wait and win a fight before he gets a title shot. F- him.” Said Pimblett.
“If Ilia wins, it would not surprise me if I then fight it. But we will just see what is happening.
It's not up to me. It's up to Dana [White]Hunter [Campbell]And Sean Shelby who then fights him. '
Arman Tsarukyan has not fought since he is forbidden to hit a fan at UFC 300
While Tsarukyan is the #1 ranked competitor in the UFC Lightweight Division, Pimblett has a point where he told him to “win a fight”.
The Armenian has not fought anymore since a split decision victory on Oliveira back at UFC 300.
Before that fight in June 2024, Tsarukyan had a fight with a fan who saw him receive a fine and a nine -month suspension.

It is now more than a year since the last fight by Tsarukyan, which questions his status as the best competition.
Pimblett is perhaps the #8 -arranged hunter in the lightweight division, but his recent record of seven victories without defeat because his UFC debut seems like a more worthy challenger to the title than Tsarukyan.
