Tom Aspinall explains why Paddy Pimblett Michael Chandler will disable

Tom Aspinall is absolutely adamant that Paddy Pimblett can hit Michael Chandler on the weekend.

The reigning UFC -Interim champion heavyweight has given a detailed breakdown why he prefers his countryman to the American. And it has nothing to do with the fact that Pimblett fans terrified with his 'grotesque' hand in the middle of a joint interview with his opponent.

The powerhouse said to Eurosport: “I think it would be stupid to say that Paddy did not have any favorable match-ups, because I think he has for sure. But I think Paddy improves a lot.

I think people underestimate him a lot because of the way he acts outside the octagon, the way he looks like, and his style is unorthodox to look at.

“That said, I think he has had some favorable match-ups here and there, but I think people are massively overlooking. I honestly think Paddy can have a title run.

“I think he's going to beat Michael Chandler. I think he will surprise many people.

“I saw Chandler fighting up close against Charles Oliveira. I was cagesside in New York, and I think when you watch a fighting side, and you watch it on TV, it is completely different.

“I think Paddy will switch him off, to be honest, I do that. I think most people would look at it and think that Paddy will get the entry if he wins, but I really think Paddy will eliminate him.”
