Palmeiras confirm Latin American transfer record for Barcelona striker

Vitor Roque moved to Palmeiras, after the Brazilian giants had confirmed their tent on the last day of the Brazilian transfer window. O Verdao brought the Brazilian back only 14 months after he left Athletico Paranaense, the Brazilian to join Barcelona.
