Cole Palmer's girlfriend Connie Grace has had the heads with her wonderful holiday outfits.
Connie, 22, is currently enjoying a sun -drenched Easter holiday to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Blonde born in Manchester in a series of bikini snaps while posing on sun-drenched beaches in the Caribbean.
Connie and Cole, 22, went publicly last November at the GQ Men of the Year Award.
