Panama stars celebrated with Thierry Henry in the stands after a dramatic last-minute winner against the US.
The expert was in the Sofi Stadium in LA, California and offered analysis of the competition for CBS Sports.
But he got a surprise after Cecilio Waterman broke the impasse by shooting in the left corner.
As soon as the ball hit the net, the striker left, jumped over the advertising hamsters and at the improvised stage where the CBS sports team was located.
He immediately wrapped his arms around Henry and began to hug the Arsenal legend.
Waterman pointed in the face of the expert and shouted: “You are my idol! You are my idol!”
After the game, the Panama star Henry gave his signed competition shirt and the pair embraced again.
In exchange, Henry promised him to send an Arsenal shirt, while fans praised the iconic attacker.
