Paris FC enquire about Barcelona right-back Héctor Fort

Paris FC is looking for a right back and seems to have their eyes on a Barcelona player to fill that void.

L'Equipe reported on Friday that the newly promoted French side did an investigation with FC Barcelona about Héctor Fort (18). The teenager born in Barcelona can be seen as an ideal addition to a club that will appear in the top flight for the first time in more than 40 years.

The Spaniard made 17 performances for the side of Hansi Flick in their title-winning La Liga campaign in 2024-25.

At the moment, Parisian manager Stéphane Gilli apparently has two options on the right next season, Mathys Tourraine (24) and Sofiane Alakouch (27), both older and more experienced than Fort.

Fort also earned two caps in the Champions League. Although he beat last season, the right side of the defense of Barcelona is currently occupied by the French international Jules Koundé (26). The runner-up of 2022 is under contract with the Spanish side until 2030. Fort is contracted with Barcelona until 2026.
