'Shows or recreational activities in which people with disabilities or other circumstances are used to mock, spot or spot from the public in a way that is contrary to respect as a result of human dignity is forbidden.
'When a person with social influence participates in situations like this, the damage is even greater, because it transmits society – especially for young people – who is acceptable discrimination.
'We have to eradicate the objectification of difference and teach people in respect and fairness.
