Paul Felder issues hilarious response to suggestion he ends retirement to fight Justin Gaethje at UFC 313

Dan Hooker's surprising withdrawal of his UFC 313 Co-Main event against Justin Gaethje, fans absolutely left out earlier this week.

When Hooker vs Justin Gaethje was announced as a five-round co-main for UFC 313, Fans immediately emphasized it as a candidate of the year.

Unfortunately, however, Hooker announced earlier this week that a hand injury has eradicated him from the game, so Gaethje without an opponent will stay behind a little more than a week of the fight.

Although March 8 is rapidly approaching, the UFC plan is to keep 'the highlight' on the map and they are looking for a late-notice replacement with different lightweight contenders that Gaethje called.

Paul Felder responds to calls for him to get out of retirement and fight against Gaethje

Gaethje has been part of some incredible fights about his UFC official period, just like 'Hangman' Hooker. A fight that lingers in the heads of fans is the five -round war of Hooker against Paul Felder in 2020.

'The Irish Dragon' went to fight again in the UFC Octagon before he focused his attention on comments and has not yet fought anymore.

Nevertheless, he never officially announced his retirement and constantly plagued a potential return for a final fight, which led to calls to him to get out of his interruption to fight Gaethje.

“Justin vs Felder would be fire,” said UFC Welterweight Champion, Belal Muhammad on X.

“Are you trying to hurt me?” Felder replied hilarious to the suggestion of the champion.

Felder's reaction suggests that he will not intervene in the short term to combat one of the most dangerous hunters on the UFC schedule. Although the 40-year-old has remained in enormous form for all the time, he is probably much more than 155 pounds, which means that it would be a rough weight for him in the short term.

Who will ultimately fight Justin Gaethje on UFC 313?

The former interim title Challenger apparently has an abundance of options, despite the fact that the event is a little more than a week away. Rafael Fiziev is a competition who has put his name in the hat.

The explosive striker has had difficulty finding a fight in recent months and has stated that he would like a rematch with Gaethje after their war at UFC 286 in London, where Gaethje collected the majority decisions profit.

Someone else who is also a game to board the late notification is Renato Moicano. The Brazilian wants to bounce back from his title fight for Islam Makhachev on UFC 311.

The top choice of many fans, however, is a trilogy fight between 'The Highlight' and Dustin Poirier. Poirier is preparing to take a final fight for his career and he has previously stated that a trilogy against Gaethje is his dream pension.
