Pep Guardiola believes that his legendary players in Manchester City have rediscovered their 'heart and soul' to secure their place in a seventh consecutive FA Cup semi -final.
Erling Haaland scored his 30th goal of the season when Guardiola's side came from behind to beat Bournemouth when Omar Marmoush scored the winner in the Vitality Stadium.
The FA Cup is the last realistic hope of City for Silver Work after a disappointing season and Guardiola blamed a lack of desire and passion for his big ones of all time.
“What we missed this season was heart, soul, the desire of how we had done it for many, many years and for a manager the most important thing to restore this passion,” Guardiola said.

“I am really happy that I am at Wembley again for the seventh time – this is an incredible achievement.”
Eventually it was younger Nico O'Reilly who changed the game and came from the bank to set up both goals to send the city to the last four where they will be confronted with Nottingham Forest.
“He played very well – he has pace, he is so intelligent, has quality with the ball in the last third part and has vision,” Guardiola added.
