Pep Guardiola's ugly habit crossed his head again when Manchester City suffered a collapse in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
City seemed ready to arrive in the Spanish capital next week with a lead of one goal after it had successfully converted his 80th minute penalty after an error on Phil Foden.
The strike, the second of the Norwegian match and 49th in just 48 European cup matches, came after Kylian Mbappe recovered at a serious fashion parity for Real Madrid. But City was apparently determined to throw away another lead and admitted twice in the last four minutes in the Etihad.
After the game, Guardiola was seen with scratches on his head, probably supported during a nerve -racking 90 minutes in the Dugout at home.
It is the third time that fans themselves have seen points on the face of the Spaniard after matches in the Champions League this season, with the first arriving after the dramatic 3-3 draw of City with Feyenoord in November.

After Tuesday's defeat by Real Madrid, Guardiola said: 'Today was tight and in certain times we had opportunities. We give away many games at the end. In that level it is so difficult. It is not the first time, it often happens.

'They want it, how they run and how they do it, but the truth is that we are not stable enough in the moments. At the end today is what it is and after tomorrow we have to keep learning.
'There are many, many good things that we have played. The result is what it is. Of course we have done many good things, be able to improve things and always give the honor for the opponent and the quality they have. '
Earlier this season Guardiola said he wanted to hurt himself after City had thrown away a 3-0 lead against Feyenoord.
He later apologized for the comment, because some people felt that his comments glorified or had made light of self -harm.
“I was overwhelmed last night with a question at the end of a press conference about a scratch that had appeared on my face and explained that a sharp fingernail had accidentally caused this,” Guardiola wrote.
“My answer was in no way intended to make the very serious issue of self -harm.

The defeat of the city leaves them a tough fight to stay in the Champions League.
The side of Guardiola will travel to the Bernabeu next Wednesday after a collision against Newcastle in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
