PFL sends message to Donald Trump offering to join UFC White House event with card featuring Francis Ngannou

The UFC Octagon seems to be on the way to the Witte Huis Lawn in 2026, and a rival promotion wants the action.

During a recent rally in Iowa, President Donald Trump of the United States announced plans for a UFC fight to take place outside the White House as part of the celebrations of 2026 July 4. Trump, a fan of mixed martial arts that is often seen cagesside at events, teased that Dana White will organize an event to be viewed personally by between 20,000 and 25,000 fans.

A number of hunters quickly lifted their hands to compete. In addition to Conor McGregor, a comeback is teasing for the event of the White House, the recently retired Jon Jones has been prepared to fight again.

But if a rival promotion has its way, it is not only UFC athletes who celebrate the 250th birthday of the signing of the declaration of independence in one of the world's most famous buildings.

July 4 next year is a Saturday, with regard to President Trumps UFC Witte Huis event.

PFL founder Donn Davis Pitches card to participate in July 4, parties

The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has had a difficult time of things in recent years, with its decision-making with regard to the Bellator acquisition that leads to writing the promotion as a legitimate competition at the UFC.

But PFL certainly still has a stacked selection with many remarkable names, enough to make a card that is worth participating in next year's 4 July in Washington, DC, according to the founder and chairman of the organization.

The always active Donn Davis appeared on social media in the midst of talking about a UFC White House event to pitch a PFL card in advance.

He even confirmed an image of a concept card, with a headliner between ex-PUC star Francis Ngannou and Vadim Nemkov, as well as periods for Usman Nurmagomedov, Cris Cyborg, Dakota Ditcheva and Johnny Eblen.

PFL could lose two from the map of the White House to the UFC

By the time that July 4, 2026 arrives, a few of Davis will be on the Fantasy PFL White House card maybe already jumped to the leading promotion of MMA.

A lot was made of the future of Nemkov after he had fought his contract in early 2025 in an entry victory in Tim Johnson. UFC CEO Dana White has tackled the availability of the former Bellator champion and claimed that his name had not been spoken from January.

Johnny Eeblen is also potentially on the way to the Octagon. After a dominant regime such as Bellator Middleweight Champion, the American is generally seen as one of the best talents that compete outside the UFC and a hunter who could immediately compete with Drus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev.

Eeblen's contract with the PFL will end in the first quarter of 2026, and 'Johnny Druk' has made his wish clear to go where he can prove his claim on the 'best middleweight in the world' tag.
