Callum Hudson-Odoi has conducted contract interviews with Nottingham Forest as Premier League rivals considering making a move for the former Chelsea star.
The 24-year-old scored five goals and registered three assists in the previous period when Forest qualified for the first time this century for European competition.
But with only one year about his current deal, there is interest that develops in Hudson-Odoi, who has recaptured part of the form that Bayern Munich tried to sign him when the winger was still on Stamford Bridge.
Hudson-Odoi was an integral part of Forest's excellent 2024-25 from the field and on it, where he became one of the most influential players in the team and a key figure when using the team spirit that helped Forest perform better than expectations.
Two years ago he was only signed £ 3 million and is now worth considerably more, although Forest is already losing almost one of their most important attacking players from last season, with Anthony Elanga ready to join Newcastle in a £ 55 million deal.
Accepting an offer for Hudson-Odoi would mean that the attack is being configured again, where Bos is already on the market for at least one winger.
It is said that 23-year-old Elanga is enthusiastic about the prospect of working with Eddie Howe and there is a recognition on both sides of the scope for improvement under the supervision of the head coach and his staff.
The Sweden winger also has a good relationship with fellow countryman Alexander Isak and his best friend is William Osula, the backup of Newcastle.
If the deal continues this week, Elanga would be the first signing of the club of the summer.
The hope is that he will be followed by a keeper, center-back and ahead.
Manchester United, the former club of Elanga, is also estimated to owe an estimated 15 percent of the profit from every sale.
He joined Forest for £ 15 million in 2023 and scored 11 times out of 82 performances.
