Fiorentina will activate an extra year in David de Gea's contract.
The Serie Side side signed the Spaniard 12 months after he was released by Manchester United in 2023.
De Gea, 34, wanted to stay in Old Trafford and was prepared to halve £ 375,000 a week's salary.
But United Chiefs then withdrew their offer, allowing the Gea to leave in Manchester after 12 years.
The Red Devils then signed Andre Onana from Inter Milan in a dive of £ 47 million.
Onanan's time in Manchester, however, is littered with mistakes.
After a words of words with Nemanja Matic, who saw the Serbian one of the “worst keepers in Man United History”, Onana made two blunders in the 2-2 draw of the Red Devils with Lyon on Thursday.
De Gea has excited since drawing for Fiorentina last summer.
Speaking of their NO1, Fiorentina President Rocco Commisso said: “He will also stay with us next season.”
After 12 months out of the game, the former stopper of United seemed to be a man who is being announced new in Italy.
He held 10 clean sheets in the Serie A, with a savings percentage of 74 percent.
De Gea has not made any mistake that leads to a goal or even shot.
He also stopped two penalties.
Seeing that the Gea stays in Italy, a man wrote Utd fan on X: “Please come back to Man U.”
And a second claimed: “David de Gea even better than Onana currently …”
A third said, “Manchester United has to kick himself.”
And another added: “Then remember United fans thought he was the problem.”
During Thursday's draw in France, Man Utd legend Paul Scholes said in reference to Ona's row with Matic: “He (Onana) probably desirable that he had kept his mouth shut before the game.
“It's really a bad mistake. It's a decent ball, but I'm not sure what the keeper is trying to do. It is a terrible error from him.”
Baas Ruben Amorim defended his stop after the game and said: “If you look at the season, I have made more mistakes than they did during these last games and during these last months.
“There is nothing that I can say to Andre at the moment that I will help him.
“So the most important thing is to be natural and when time comes, I will choose the best XI to play.
“But I really have faith in Andre.”
Nevertheless, it is now said that Onana runs the risk of being exhausted for Sunday's trip to Newcastle.
