Former Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Star Achraf Hakimi are accused of sexual violence by the public prosecutor in the French city of Nanterre, on the outskirts of Paris. The right back of Paris Saint-Germain has denied any misconduct.
Hakimi, 26, was investigated for an incident in 2023, as described by Le Parisien, and then told by Marca. The then 24-year-old woman went to the house of the Morocco International, but claims that he started touching her and kissing her without her permission, without moving her permission from her mouth to her breasts.
The woman in question asked Hakimi to stop, but he kept touching her and locked her up in an HIG before she would push him off with her foot and fled the stage.
Hakimi has denied all misconduct and claims that he was the target for money by the victim.
“The truth is that when you are successful and it goes well, you will be an easy target for some people, and that has taught me that you cannot trust many people around you.”
“They wanted to blackmail me, so we filed a complaint, and it is going well. The legal system dealt with things reasonably well,” he noted, where his lawyers had submitted a case for attempted expansion, which is still ongoing.
After the case had gone public, Hakimi's when wife Hiba Abouk announced their divorce. Shortly thereafter, the actress and mother of his two children presented a divorce, stating the case as the central reason for their farewell.
“I have always been and will always be on the side of the victims,” she noticed, taking into account Hakimi, according to the testimony of the alleged victim, she had already spoken to her about a month. Abouk also embraced her belief in the French legal system to fairly resolve the matter.
