PSG closely monitoring Rodrygo’s Real Madrid situation alongside Liverpool

According to a Florian Plettenberg report, Paris Saint-Germain closely monitors Real Madrid's Rodrygo (24), who has been heavily connected in recent days with a move to Liverpool.

Les Parisiens reportedly shown their interest in Real Madrid and look forward to a young wing player of the top class. Nevertheless, Plettenberg reports that their approach will depend on other market opportunities. This is after Foot Mercato reported yesterday that Liverpool has already reached the entourage of the Brazilian international about a possible movement, but that no club conversations has yet taken place. The 24-year-old contract with Real Madrid runs until 2028 after the extension of his deal only two years ago. According to L'équipe, Liverpool is planning to replace a potential Bayern Munich-bound Luis Diaz by relocating for the Real Madrid-Vleugel player. The Brazilian scored 68 goals and registered 51 assists in 270 games with Real Madrid, where he won two Champions League titles (2022, 2024) during his career.
