PSG is considered favorites to go into the game Munich.
“I feel that we are lucky to play the most important game that every club side can play, the final of the Champions League. It's against another strong opponent and we have to enjoy the moment,” Luis Enrique told Sky Italia.
“Inter is a bit different from many other teams, because they have two pure strikers such as Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez.
“Our goal, as always, is to prepare the game in the best way so that we can be the better team. To do that, we must keep the ball, there is no other way to achieve it.
“We know that Inter is also good press, so we have prepared every alternative to park their game. We have our style, they have ours, and I think it will adjust to what the game offers and having contingent plans will be the key.”
I said PSG missed the Champions League
Luis Enrique also remembered: “I remember during my presentation that I said that the most important trophy that was missing in Paris Saint-Germain was the Champions League.
“This means that there is extra pressure, because there are so many expectations in the team. We have faith, self -confidence, and if we were to play here in a certain way, we have to go on that path.”
In the meantime, the PSG coach admits that they will lean heavily on Gigio Donnarumma tonight.
He added: “When someone is at the highest level, he must know that he will get the highest criticism, as well as the highest praise. Donnarumma has a lot of experience, we are very happy with Gigio and with all the players in the team. I think we have improved a lot this season.”
