Luis Enrique believes that Paris Saint-Germain 'has become specialists in overcoming negative situations' after their comeback victory on Aston Villa on Wednesday.
PSG pulled the first blood into the opening leg of the quarter-final draw, from behind to the upper hand on 3-1 in the Parc des Princes.
The hosts checked large periods of the first half hour, but they thought a goal when Morgan Rogers ended a neat villa movement.
However, they soon returned to terms at the level by Desire Doue, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Nuno Mendes delivered after the break to give the Ligue 1 -leaders well in the order about the draw.
It is not the first time that PSG has destroyed a shortage against an English side in the competition of this season, in particular recovering from 2-0 down to defeat Manchester City with 4-2 during the competition phase.
And Luis Enrique believes that result gave his team the conviction to meet again against Villa.
“We played a very complete game over the entire leg,” he told Canal+. “We were superior and we dominated.
“Football is as it is. Aston Villa took the lead, it was an unfair score. We continued to exist and we were exceptional in the completion of the three goals.
“The team transmits positive energy. We have become specialists in overcoming negative situations.
“That was the case against Manchester City, and it made us stronger, it gave us confidence.
“The best way to keep the advantage is to attack and win the game. We will continue to attack.”
Villa is the third English team that PSG has been defeated in the Champions League this season. They recovered from a 1-0 defeat in the first leg to eliminate Liverpool on penalties in the last 16.

Doue demonstrably scored the choice of goals, cutting from the left before he curled through the bottom of the bar along Emiliano Martinez.
The 19-year-old has now scored at each of his last four performances in all competitions, while he has 13 direct goal in 12 games (eight goals, five assists).
And he insisted on his teammates to adopt the same mentality on his way to next week's second stage in Villa Park.
“We have kept the state of mind that we put in every match, with intensity from start to finish, by holding on to the game plan,” he said.
“My first intention was to cross, then I saw that there were not many options, so I chose the shot and it went in. I have a lot of fun here.
“We know that there is a second half. We will approach the return bone with the same seriousness, and we will go there to win.”
