PSG star Vitinha makes Premier League transfer admission despite first spell

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha has been one of the stars of the Champions League this season and shone in the heart of Luis Enrique's side on the way to the semi-final and a confrontation with Arsenal

PSG -midfielder Vitinha insists that he still wants to go back to the Premier League, even after his nightmare spell at Wolves.

Portugal star Vitinha, 25, has illuminated the Champions League this season with its versions and it is hard to believe that he had an overwhelming season loan in Molineux. Vitinha only got five starts in the Premier League, Wolves did not take an option to sign him and now he has become one of the most sought after players in Europe.

It must be to give Wolves regrets, but the midfielder the size of a pint still says that English football and the year in the midlands was a valuable learning experience.

Vitinha said: “I think I didn't see it as a positive experience at the time because I was young and when you are young, I couldn't see it as a positive one, but it was incredible. It was positive and frustrating.

“I didn't get a lot of playing time, but I was able to develop not only on the field, but also outside the field. English football brought me a lot and helped me play to the level I play now and if I had the chance to do it again, I would do it again.”

Vitinha was sensational against Liverpool earlier in the competition and helped Aston Villa in the final round in Knock -Out. But PSG already lost in Arsenal in October and Vitinha says that the semi -final with the Gunners will be very difficult to predict.

Vitinha said: “I don't think there are favorites tomorrow. We're playing away, so it might have a slightly different impact on the crowd, but with the return to Paris I don't think there are favorites.

“Arsenal is still a good team compared to October. They have a very good team, that is their most important feature. Offensing, defensively they do everything together, a bit like us. It will be a good match tomorrow.

“It is definitely another match in this phase of the competition. We will do everything we can to get a different result.

“We are not going to change everything about how we play, but of course we will do different things to win tomorrow.”
