Paris Saint-Germain heads to AS Monaco looking for a win that would give them a ten-point lead in Ligue 1. It's a crucial tie for both teams, even before the halfway mark of the season.
Monaco will be without some key players, namely Radoslaw Majecki, Folarin Balogun and Christian Mawissa, while captain Denis Zakaria is also a major doubt for the Principality club. However, PSG is not injury-free either. As reported by Le Parisien, Nuno Mendes is also a major doubt to face Monaco as he missed training the day before the match.
In a press release, PSG stated that the Portgual international suffered an injury to his right thigh during Sunday's victory over Olympique Lyonnais. He was allowed to rest instead of training with his teammates. His presence at the Stade Louis II on Wednesday evening is therefore questionable.
Should he miss the match, the returning Lucas Hernandez could replace him, as could Lucas Beraldo, who previously played as a left back.
