FC Dallas head coach Eric Quill said that his players should study Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, among others, if they want to beat Inter Miami this weekend.
Dallas comes in the collision on the back of a scoreless draw with Minnesota United previous time -out, and is without a victory in their last three MLS matches.
Currently, ninth in the Western Conference, Quill acknowledged the difficulty in which Dallas is confronted with the only undefeated team that remains in the competition this season.
“We have to identify all their weapons and trends with which they try to play,” said Quill. “We have seen it, but they consistently perform it at a high level.
“We must have an increased consciousness for 95 minutes. We cannot stay -fixed.
“And in one V a moments against boys like Messi and Suarez, these guys have to study them and their fine movements and have a game plan to stop them.
“We have to do a good job to close the centrally by passing lanes. It is a tough task and a tough question, but it is one that my players are definitely for.”

Inter Miami will meanwhile respond to their 2-0 defeat of the Vancouver WhiteCaps in the first stage of their Concacaf Champions Cup Semi-Final in Midweek.
The Champions Cup represents one of the three non-MLS trophies that chase the herons, because Captain Messi wants to add more silverwork to the team.
Mascherano did not hesitate to cherish the fault for the defeat, but said that this weekend's collision at the Chase Stadium is the perfect preparation for the second stage.
“We have to learn as a team of tonight and find a way to come back,” Mascherano told reporters after the game.
“We will try to analyze what happened, try to change and we will try to come back. It's difficult, but it's not impossible.
“Another game to play, so we will try to come back and win the game in Miami. We know that we have our people, our fans behind us so that we can do it.
“We lost today and I am the one who is primarily responsible. I continue to believe in this team.”

This is the longest series of the Argentinian home competition with a target contribution since a streak of nine games with Barcelona in 2020.

Urhoghide won seven air duels in Dallas' draw with Minnesota on Saturday, his fourth match this season won six or more air duels.
The only other player with more than two games with six or more air duel wins this season is DC United's Christian Benteke (five).

With their victory over Columbus, Inter Miami was the same as the longest undefeated line in the MLS history at 19 games, whereby the Run of the Crew in 2004-05 and the Dallas series was linked in 2010. The herons have won 13 of their 19 games in this piece.
However, Dallas has never lost to Inter Miami (W2 D2), including gaining a victory in his only earlier visit to Miami, a 1-0 win in April 2023. The herons eliminated Dallas on penalties in the round of 16 of the 2023 Leagues Cup in the last meeting between the side.
Quill's team is also undefeated in five immediately matches to start the season, the longest undefeated run to start a season in club history.
Only the Philadelphia Union in 2024 (Acht) and the New York Red Bulls in 2022 (six) were undefeated for decade in their first six road races of a campaign.
