Rampage Jackson shares footage showing why Jake Paul has never called him out

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson thinks he knows why Jake Paul never drafted him.

The former UFC light heavyweight champion looks like a lot of the people Jake Paul has fought since he made the transition to boxing.

MMA veterans made up the bulk of his professional record before his November 15 unanimous decision win against former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.

Now he's talking about testing himself against a real fighter, but Quinton Jackson believes he could be the man to end Paul's successful run against ex-UFC stars.

Rampage shares footage of pad training

Jackson is known for his knockout power after a legendary 52-fight MMA career.

On Wednesday, the 46-year-old shared images showing him still throwing a punch.

Rampage punched boxing pads for 35 seconds in a video aimed at Paul.

The caption read: “The real reason why Jake Paul never drafted me.”

The footage was shared just days after Rampage called out Paul, who he claimed would fight for free after accusing him of disrespecting Conor McGregor and Mike Tyson.

“Yo @jakepaul look at you talking to MMA royalty,” Jackson tweeted.

“I will fight you in MMA, no weight class, no pay. That's a good deal. But I bet YOU won't. Stop disrespecting people in my damn sports homie.

“You fighting Tyson was your last straw…go back to boxing wrestlers.”

What's next for Jake Paul?

Since beating Mike Tyson, Jake Paul has been given the opportunity to win legitimate world titles against light heavyweight king Artur Beterbiev and IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois.

However, it's Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez who he really wants to fight next. The Mexican superstar has repeatedly distanced himself from the confrontation that he will only experience once his real career is over.

Still, the former Disney actor believes Canelo vs Paul could happen in 2025.

On a recent episode of his BS with Jake Paul podcast, he said, “Generally, everyone's biggest criticism is 'Fight a professional! Fight someone your age!'

“So when I said Canelo is the person, everyone hates that. Wouldn't the best chance to see me lose be to play Canelo?

“People won't be happy with my career until I'm bloody flat… one of the best I've ever done, a legend, pound for pound amazing… yeah, it's going to be a crazy fight. It's going to be difficult.

“Maybe I'll get my a** beat and flatline. But let's fucking find out!”
