Myles Lewis-Skelly made history and Harry Kane expanded his own record-breaking when England Albania sank in the first match of Thomas Tuchel.
Lewis-Skelly became the youngest player who scored on his three Lions debut and top more goal-oriented Kane noted his 70th international strike when Tuchel started his World Cup qualifying campaign with a modest 2-0 win.
New Boy Dan Burn worked with Ezri Konsa in Central Defense in Wembley, while Marcus Rashford and Curtis Jones were also started.
In the meantime, Tuchel struggled with the same issue with which predecessor Sir Gareth Southgate was confronted – to decide to fit where in Phil Foden.
Left back Lewis-Skelly, 18, gambled home 20 minutes after a wonderful turn and even better pass from Jude Bellingham.
But England stuttered after the break – until Schipper Kane Classic brought down a declan rice pass and bowed the clincher home.
This is how Sunssport's Tom Barclay De Drie Leeuwen rated in the opening match of German manager Tuchel …
Jordan Pickford – 6
With Tuchel those four keepers mentioned in his first team, you wondered if the position of the long -term stopper can be threatened in the goal.
But Pickford started and looked pretty sure of the little that he had to do.
Was not afraid to occasionally go with his passes, compared to the obsession in the Premier League of playing the back, whatever happens.
Had a nerve moment when Burn's Block rose against the bar in the first half before the Geordie went away.
Kyle Walker – 6
Despite his overwhelming season, started in Manchester City and now on loan at AC Milan.
His death was largely ok, although not super crispy.
But the veteran, who earned his 94th cap, had an excellent moment shortly before half -time when he shot in a cross that Bellingham was going on, only to be refused by an excellent Thomas Strakosha Save.
Vital interception in the second half when Sub Armando Broja had come behind Burn.
Ezri Konsa – 7
Double digits made for English caps with this appearance.
Was pretty solid next to Burn, with much of the ball as all the defensive players in England did.
Made an excellent last grip Tackle after the ball was played behind his Center-Back partner in the last 20 minutes.
Interesting to see Konsa selected above Marc Guehi, given the Crystal Palace man, the best defender in England was with the euros.
Dan Burn – 7
Almost had a Wembley Dream moment in the space of a week.
The gigantic defender made his English debut six days after helping Newcastle to win their first domestic trophy in 70 years.
Burn's Bullet header from a corner then sent the magpies on the way to the victory – and he almost repeated the trick here when he nodded the ball against the bar in the first half.
He put his body on the line and made a number of brave blocks, including the one who ran into his own woodwork.
Had more a difficult time when the faster Broja came in the second half of the couch and also succeeded in kicking Myrto Uzuni in the face with one blow.
Myles Lewis -Skelly – Star Man 8
Six months ago the 18-year-old had not even played for Arsenal.
Now he has not only made his senior debut for England – but also his first goal.
The left back ran to the left to meet Bellingham's inch-perfect pass before he stuck it through the keeper's legs.
I seemed to have tears in his eyes while he was fourth – and was finished in the rest of his display.
Curtis Jones – 6
The Liverpudlian was one of the many success stories of young people who were spent by Tuchel's interim pastor Lee Carsley.
Here he sometimes played a little further forward, exchanging with Bellingham when allowed.
Had a lot of the ball when England dominated the possession, although it gave this way with a bad early pass.
Jones managed to wriggle the right side for 14 minutes, but his decent cut-back was erased.
Declan Rice – 7
So many accents for the Arsenal man while England patiently investigated opportunities.
The favorite Southgate system included two Pivots.
But Rice here was generally only in his in -depth role, which suggests that Tuchel will be a bit more ambitious in his attacking approach.
That said, there were many steps back from England, who substantiated a dominant, if not overly exciting representation.
Although such a rice chip transferred to Kane, the crucial second caused it.
Phil Foden – 5
Southgate was never able to get the best out of Phil Foden, while Carsley only started him once in his six interim matches.
The fact that the city star started here suggested that Tuchel would like to find a way to unlock his talent.
But Foden struggled to have a lot of impact again.
He was well used and tried to dribble forward when he could, but with little effect.
Jude Bellingham – 8
The best moments of England concerned the Real Madrid -Superster.
The low block of Albania was difficult to break down, but the inventive death of Bellingham was the best method of Tuchel to do this.
His delicious pass for Lewis-Skelly took care of the opener, while he had a neat cross that Kane nodded widely close to the hour.
A goal was refused twice by two Top Strakosha saves, first from a toe poke, then a header up close.
Marcus Rashford – 7
Leek to enjoy playing back for England after his surprise recalls by Tuchel.
Was full of energy and looked behind at every occasion to turn behind, even if he did not always receive the pass from his teammates.
A beautiful diagonal passage to Foden already showed its technical quality.
England lacked willing runners at the euro, but here a motivated Rashford offered one.
Harry Kane – 7
Regularly fell deep into the early stages, even though his manager said in the week that he wanted his star man to stay on top.
However, it enabled him to show his impressive passing range and he had a few quality balls for Rashford.
Had a target -bound shot brilliantly blocked by the Albanian captain Berat Gjimshiti in the first half.
But Kane's clinical finish in the far corner in the second half saw him reach 70 goals for his country – and his fifth in three games against this opposition.
Subs
Anthony Gordon (Op For Rashford, 74) – 6
Continued to limit the last few minutes after he took a slap on his hip in injury time. Regarding the grass on the turf that went the last whistle.
Jarrod Bowen (for Foden, 74) – 6
Mainly ensured that the 2-0 score remained that way.
Morgan Rogers (for Jones, 74) – 6
Played a bit deeper than he for Aston Villa, who filled in on NO8 as Jones had.
Jordan Henderson (for rice, 82) – 6
Op for his first appearance since 2023, and his 82nd in total, to help you look. Adrion Pajaziti cracked with a bad challenge.
Reece James (for Lewis -Skelly, 90) – 6
The most important role was to allow debutant Lewis-Skelly to get a standing ovation. First international in two years, on left-back.
