'El Nino Problema' is hopeful that with a victory in UFC Mexico City he can earn a chance on a ranked opponent and take a step closer to Jones' record.

“I have three years, but I try to do it earlier. I still believe I can break it … In the end I have the feeling that I am going to break it,” Rosas JR told the Ariel Helwani show.

“This year, hopefully, even if I become at least top 15 this year, that would bring me in a good position to break the record,” he continued.
