Real Betis Baas Manuel Pellegrini has told Manchester United to 'make a decision' about Antony, where the club is still hopeful to sign the star this summer.
Antony is one of the five United players who have been sent to the 'Bomb Squad' by Ruben Amorim and wants to pursue a switch from Old Trafford.
The Brazilian winger enjoyed a successful loan saying with real betis after leaving United in January, scoring nine goals and providing five assists in 26 performances when he helped reach the Spanish side competition.
And Betis likes to continue to close a permanent deal for the player, who cost United £ 85.5 million in the summer of 2022.
Antony also wants to return to Seville, but there has been no agreement between the clubs. Allegedly Old Trafford Chiefs appreciate the 25-year-old at £ 40 million, who has not yet been met.
Pellegrini insists that the ball is at the court of United while repeated that they want to sign Antony before the window closes.
“I didn't talk to Antony,” said Pellegrini Thursday. 'We all know that he was very good here, we want him with us and Antony undoubtedly wants to return.
“But we also need the owner, who is Manchester United to make a decision.”
Antony is banned in United and was told to train away from the first team, together with Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia and Jadon Sancho. Marcus Rashford was also part of the group before he agreed a seasonal loan relocation to Barcelona.
United, however, has difficulty selling the outcasts. Garnacho is sought by Chelsea, but the clubs remain apart in their appreciation of the player, while Sancho is said to have held a move of £ 20 million to Roma.
Antony has also been the subject of interest of Benfica and clubs in the Saudi Pro League, but according to reports you can go back to Betis.
