Real Betis table fresh Antony loan offer as Man United plan exit

Real Betis will open new transfer discussions with Manchester United in an attempt to keep Antony in the La Liga Club next season.

Despite his struggles to form back in Manchester, the career of Antony has been revived by a loan switch to Andalucia in January, with a large revival.

The Brazil -International has scored three goals and set two La Liga assists while Manuel Pellegrini chases fifth place and qualifying of the UEFA Champions League.

Real betis also hope in a place in the final of the Conference League next month and Antony will be the key to their hope.

Sports director Manu Fajardo has already confirmed that the club is working on a deal to keep the former Ajax forward, but the negotiations are not claimed at this stage.

“It is a source of satisfaction on a personal level (to have brought Antony to real betis), but it is the result of teamwork. Although I am responsible for sports management, many people are involved in this signing. It is still early, but we will try to do everything to keep enjoying Antony in different ways,” he said.

According to reports from the Daily Telegraph, Real Betis is still unable to offer transfer costs for the 25-year-old, with the Red Devils striving around € 45 million.

With a continuous cost -saving drive at Old Trafford, however, a deal can be concluded to remove it from the club's bloated wage account.

Real Betis is willing to offer another seasonal loan agreement, with an increased wage contribution of their end, plus a purchase clause included for 2026.

With United ready to break the ties with the winger, they are open to proposals, but they can insist on the purchase clause to be made mandatory to ensure that the deal is packed.
