Real Madrid face Chelsea challenge over Premier League defensive star

Real Madrid remains enthusiastic about a transfer movement from 2025 for Bournemouth -defender Dean Huijsen while his stock is rising.

Los Blancos is linked to an offer for the Spain U21 International after an impressive breakthrough campaign under Andoni Iraola.

Rumor has it that Hjulsen will call a senior Spain in 2025, after he has overwritten and grew up his international faith of his native country of the Netherlands.

The 19-year-old is just over six months until a contract until 2030 in the Vitality Stadium and Iraola is not a strong pressure to sell it.

With Bournemouth, which insists on a very first European qualification this season, no phone call will be made until the summer, with Hjulsen that may be rated as high as € 60 million by the cherries.

Real Madrid will not pay that high price for an unproven star, but a release clause that was inserted in his contract is reportedly considerably lower if a club tries to test the Bournemouth solution.

According to reports from Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the clause becomes active at the beginning of June, with Real Madrid on Alert for an update.

The defensive Spanish champions, however, are not the only interested party, whereby Chelsa from Premier League also follows the teenager with interest.

A switch to Stamford Bridge would enable Hjulsen to continue to develop in the Premier League, but a return to Spain has other positives.

Bournemouth has been unbeaten since Huijsen came into their starting XI, with eight clean sheets, and he can play on full back and in central defense.

A movement for the born defender of Amsterdam can be part of the wider defendant in general of Carlo Ancelotti, with Trent Alexander -Arnold back on the right and the possibility for a new face on the left side of the Los Blancos -Backline next season.
