Real Madrid lose Jude Bellingham red card appeal as ban if confirmed

Real Madrid disturbance with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Referee Committee (CTA) will continue in tact, after a suspension for Jude Bellingham has been confirmed. Los Blancos appealed the decision and claimed a 'manifesto error' from the referee who indicated another curse in his report.

In the referee's report, Jose Luis Munuera Montero wrote that Bellingham had said 'F *** U' after an exchange between the two, instead of the 'f *** off' that cameras seemed to show. Despite the two sentences that do not differ in significance, Los Blancos argued that the latter was a general expression of frustration instead of someone who was disrespectful in the referee.

If it was classified as a direct insult, Bellingham would have had to deal with a ban of four to twelve games, and because it was only 'disrespectful', the international of England only ran the risk of a two to four game ban. He received the minimum sanction.

Despite the defense of Real Madrid, who included testimony of a lure reader and a Spanish expert in the English language, the Competition Committee saw no reason to delete his sentence. Diario as a report he will miss the upcoming La Liga collisions of Los Blancos against Girona (h) and real betis (a) as a result.

Although Bellingham will be available next week for their Copa del Rey semi-final against Real Sociedad, he will miss three of their next four games, because his yellow card also yielded a European suspension on Wednesday. That will keep him from the first leg collision of their Champions League with Atletico Madrid in the Santiago Bernabeu. He will then be back in action for their draw with Rayo Vallecano and the return, such as a collision with Villarreal in La Ceramica before the international break of March. It has recently been reported that Carlo Ancelotti has been worried about the disciplinary issues of Bellingham lately.
