Real Madrid set to become first team to join the ‘500 club’

The men of Carlo Ancelotti face City Rivals Atlético Madrid on Tuesday evening in the first stage of the Champions League round of 2024-25 of 16.

On Tuesday evening, the Spanish capital wakes up while the Santiago Bernabeu hosts what a spicy European Madrid derby becomes Real Madrid Face Atlético Madrid in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Madrid's first performance in the competition was in September 1955, was a 2-0 victory in the Charmilles Stadium in Geneva against Swiss Zijservette, with goals of Miguel Muñoz and Rial.
