Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal claims that he is ready to embrace the competition with Trent Alexander-Arnold in the Bernabeu next season. The international full-back of England will leave Liverpool this summer and complete a switch to the Spanish capital after the expiry of his contract
The deal is the worst kept secret in football, although neither teams should not formally confirm that Alexander-Arnold will join Real Madrid. Los Blancos is currently trying to lure the 26-year-old for the FIFA Club World Cup, but Liverpool recommends a fee to free him prematurely from his contract.
Carvajal has now confirmed the arrival of Trent and it is insisted that he has been fired for the increased competition for places.
