Real Madrid reportedly set their sights on a Crystal Palace star who could want to spend up to £ 70 million to him to become a member of the club.
According to the Spanish outlet as, the Eagles Adam Wharton could lose, with Los Blancos reportedly adding the midfielder to their team before the transfer window is closed on 1 September – but Palace will not sell for less than £ 70 million.
Real, however, should sell a player for a large amount, since they have already spent £ 154 million this summer to Dean Huijsen, Alvaro Carreras and Franco Mastantuono.
That could come in the form of Rodrygo – which was associated with a move to the Premier League as Manchester City and Liverpool are both advertised as destinations for the Brazilian.

Sports director Andrea Berta and manager Mikel Arteta met Eze last month and he was sold on the idea of moving to the Gunners, but an offer did not come true at that time.
