Real Madrid focuses on outputs after completing the signing of Alvaro Carreras earlier this week, and there are several candidates who can leave before the end of the summer transfer window.
The will of Fran Garcia, Ferland Mendy and Rodrygo Goes are linked to departure, but it is first expected that players who were on loan last season (and have no immediate future with Real Madrid) will be moved first. Alvaro Rodriguez, Mario Martin and Reinier Jesus fall into this category, with the trio the campaign 2024-25 spent in Getafe, Real Valladolid and Granada respectively.
In the case of Reinier, his future looks the most gloomy. For the sixth season in a row it is not included for the Real Madrid First Team, and with interest in his services at a lowest point, it can be a struggle for him to find another step or now on loan, or ultimately on a permanent basis.
That is why Real Madrid keeps all options open, with Diario as a message that they are willing to find a mutual termination of contract with the 23-year-old if a movement cannot be found before the end of the summer.
Reinier arrived in Real Madrid in 2020 as one of the most exciting young players in Brazil, but he mainly struggled in the Spanish capital. Loan spells at Borussia Dortmund, Girona, Frosinone and Granada have not worked out, and given that he will not play for Castilla, he has no future in the club.
He has a year left for his career at Real Madrid, so there are opportunities for mutual termination of contract. Anyway, this disappointing chapter for both parties seems to come out soon.
