Reijnders extends Milan contract until June 2030

Tijjani Reijnders has expanded his contract with AC Milan to June 2030, which ended speculation about his future after he was connected to a switch to the Premier League.

Reijnders, 26, came to Milan from AZ Alkmaar in 2023 with a five -year contract.

He has made 90 performances for the club in all competitions and scored 16 goals.

Nederlands International has been associated with Manchester City and Chelsea in recent months, after he had enjoyed another strong individual season, despite the fact that Milan was struggling for form.

In a statement, the Rossoneri said: “Milan is pleased to announce that Tijjani Reijnders has renewed his contract until 30 June 2030.

“Tijjani has been in AC Milan since the summer of 2023 and he has always shown his dynamics, quality and passion for the club.”

The ninth placed Milan will put an end to a loss of three games in the competition when they visit Lecce on Saturday.
