‘Relax’… Dana White provides Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall update amid calls to strip heavyweight champion

Dana White has again reassured fans about Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall.

'Bones' has not fought since the elimination of Stipe Miocic to defend its heavyweight title on UFC 309 in November.

Since then it has been a single fight with interim champion Tom Aspinall.

However, there seems to be an arrest of Jon Jones and fans are becoming increasingly ensuring that he will opt for a fight with the harsh Englishman.

Curtis Blaydes evokes that Jon Jones is being stripped

Tom Aspinall played Curtis Blaydes in 60 seconds to defend his interim rim on UFC 304 last July.

Since then he has been waiting on the sidelines for the chance to face Jones for the real heavyweight title.

Aspinall recently admitted that he had 'enough' to wait for the greatest hunter of all time.

Somewhat shocking, he found an ally in the man he defeated in a brutal way less than a year ago.

“I can't even blame him,” Blaydes wrote on his Instagram story in response to a message about Aspinall that gets tired of waiting for Jones.

“Jon must be stripped at this point. End of the discussion.”
