Renato Moicano doesn't hesitate to respond to the trolls following his UFC 311 loss to Islam Makhachev.
Renato Moicano was originally scheduled to face Beneil Dariush at UFC 311 last Saturday, but after Arman Tsarukyan pulled out of his scheduled main event against Islam Makhachev, Moicano was upgraded just a day's notice.
Unfortunately for 'Money' Moicano, the levels were on display as the Brazilian was submitted in the first round by the pound-for-pound number one fighter in the world.
Despite the opponent being changed just a day before the fight, Moicano did not use that as an excuse, claiming he was on 'life notice' as he had spent his entire career working towards a title fight.

Renato Moicano fires back at Paddy Pimblett after UFC 311 trolls
As Moicano's disappointing loss came quite quickly in the fight, he was criticized by his old rival Paddy Pimblett.
In response to the UFC 311 main event, Pimblett trolled the Brazilian for tapping the D'Arce choke instead of “going on his shield” and sleeping through the choke.
Instead of sitting back and licking his wounds, Moicano decided to fire back at Pimblett, who had been calling him for a fight for several months.
“Paddy Pimbi*ch is talking nonsense! Let me tell you something, you're going to tap when we fight! You've never had a short notice fight in your life, imagine calling it quits one day! Moicano responded to Pimblett's trolls.
“I'm not talking about s*** Renato, I'm talking about facts. You typed like ab**** after about 2 seconds. The only chance you'll ever become a UFC World Champion and you'll quit like a sausage! I'd make you stop just like Islam makes you p****,” Pimblett replied.
I'm not talking about shit, Renato, I'm talking about facts. You tap like a bitch after two seconds. The only chance you'll ever be a @ufc world champion, and you quit like an absolute sausage! I would make you stop just like Islam did 🐱 https://t.co/rDOYACDx3V

“Take it easy bruddah, the judges aren't going to help you this time!” Moicano claimed.
Pimblett sparked controversy among the UFC fanbase for his 2022 victory against Jared Gordon, as the majority of the fanbase believed Gordon was robbed of the win and did not like how 'The Baddy' responded to the criticism of his performance.
Since then, he has scored back-to-back victories against Tony Ferguson and Bobby Green, putting himself into the top 15 of the lightweight rankings.
Could we see Renato Moicano vs Paddy Pimblett next?
Pimblett hasn't fought since July of last year and will likely be looking to return to the Octagon in the first quarter of this year as he has already bulked up when he left camp.
Moicano has tried to stay as active as possible in recent years since adopting the moniker 'Money' and despite his loss to Makhachev, he didn't take much damage prior to the submission.
The UFC recently announced they are returning to London on March 22nd and the Scouser is usually a fixture on that side of the pond.
'Money' recently fought Benoit Saint-Denis in his backyard and would love to finally silence his rival, Pimblett, in his own backyard.
