Stade Rennais has joined the race to sign Olympique de Marseille forward Jonathan Rowe (22), according to a report by Foot Mercato.
Rowe had a mixed first season in Marseille, but he made 30 performances for the club (three goals, four assists). He also comes behind in a strong show with England at the Euro U21 championships.
However, the Englishman is far from not transferring to, in the midst of interest from all over Europe. There is a remarkable interest from Turkey and specifically from Besiktas and Fenerbahçe. Atalanta is also interested in the Englishman, while Premier League clubs are his attention to his situation, Sacha Tavolieri understands. The journalist adds that the English Youth International appreciates € 20 million.
Rennes is now in the race, Foot Mercato understands it. As previously reported, Marseille is open to a sale, but the Breton club still has to make an offer. Valentin Rongier and Quentin Merlin have already made the switch this summer from the Vélodrome to Rennes.
