After a loss series of four games in all competitions, Rennes hopes to turn their fortune while they travel to Stade Louis II on Saturday afternoon to compete against Podiumplaats Monaco in Ligue 1.
L'équipe understands that Jorge Sampaoli is about to make one change to his team, which was narrowly defeated by Brest in the French top class last time. Lorenz Assignon is not available for the game against the club from the Principdom, and this will give rise to a formation change of the former Marseille boss. Rennes should work with a 4-3-3 instead of 3-5-2.
The only change that Sampaoli will make is, although he is the subject of interest from Marseille, who should operate on the left flank and replace the suspended assignon.
Brice Samba – Hans Hateboer, Leo Östigard, Christopher Wooh, Adrien Truffet – Azor Matusiwa, Jordan James, Séko Fofana – Ludovic Blas, Arnaud Kalimuendo, Amine Gouiri.
