Rennes sound out Martin Terrier over potential loan return

According to a report from L'Erquipe, Stade Rennais Bayer Leverkusen -wing player Martin Terrier (28) spoke about a potential return to the Breton Club.

Between 2020 and 2024, the French attacker enjoyed a productive enchantment of four years with the Brittany side and scored 51 goals in 141 performances in all competitions before he arrived at Bayer Leverkusen at Bayer Leverkusen in July. Rouge et noir briefly investigated the opportunity to return this summer. Last season the Frenchman made 15 performances for Leverkusen and scored twice. Now 28 and under contract in Germany until 2029, Terrier is still working back from an Achilles -tendon tear who sidelined him for the second half of last season. While Rennes remains active on the transfer market looking for attacking reinforcements, a reunion with their former talisman does not seem to be on the cards. GFFN | George Boxall
