A new matchup has been compiled for the return of the UFC to Seattle, just over a week from Fight Night.
A large Co-Main event in the Bantam weight division would take place next weekend in the Climate Pledge Arena with Dominick Cruz who returned to the Octagon.
The former UFC Bantamweight Champion has not fought since 2022, but unfortunately the injuries that have been a huge story of his career have briefly have his retirement tour.
Cruz was planning to make the walk one last time until he announced that a shoulder injury had forced him to hang the gloves earlier than expected, so Rob Font without opponent left on 22 February.
Although the font does not accept a legend of the sport as it expected, the UFC was able to hold him on the map against a tough opponent.

Rob Font would look forward to sharing the Octagon with Dominick Cruz in Seattle, Washington, but he now faces a completely different challenge.
Getting in for Cruz will be Jean Matsumoto who takes on the #9-ranged bantam weight with a catch of 140 pounds, as reported by MMA Junkie.
The Matsumoto of Brazil has been impressive since he earned his place on the Roster through the 2023 season from the Contender Series by Dana White.
In back-to-back tripes he then defeated Argueta and Brad Katona and given him a professional record of 16-0, where the 25-year-old rising star was booked to face Chris Gutierrez on the UFC 313 of Next month in Las Vegas.
He now has a big chance to disable a top 10 candidate on 135 pounds after his third walk to the Octagon much earlier than he initially expected.
