Frankie Edgar is retiring.
A legendary career behind him, the former UFC light weight champion had one of the worst outputs of the sport when he lost three UFC fights in a row due to brutal knockout.

Three years after his retirement, Edgar will fight again a few days before his 44th birthday.

Fans express concern about Frankie Edgar after BKFC –
Edgar becomes 44 a few weeks after his next fight against Jimmie Rivera, who is about eight years younger.
The experienced Rivera is 2-2-1 in BKFC, with his only losses are decisions for Jeremy Stephens and the current champion Vederweight Kai Stewart. Rivera was once 21-1 as a professional in MMA and almost reached a title shot in the Bantam weight department of the UFC in 2018.
Fans do not love Edgar's Odds months from the fight and want the 43-year-old to remain retired.
“I really hope that Frankie gets a huge bag because the Ko's he took at the end of his UFC run, thinks this is a terrible idea,” wrote Wade Plemmons on X.
