Rice & Son star in best Dream Team XI with under 10% selection rate

This international break gives Dream Team Managers the time to think about the season so far.

An aspect to consider are the players who have flown under the radar.

Here we have put together the best possible XI, based on total points, consisting of available people who currently occur in less than 10% of the teams.

Goalkeeper

Many bosses of Dream Team will be surprised to hear that only David Raya (£ 4.4 million) and EMI Martinez (£ 3.9 million) have more points than the last line of defense of Manchester United.

No goalkeeper has admitted more goals than Onana in all competitions after 28 game week, but he is in third place for rescues with 107.

Factor in nine clean sheets and the Cameroonian keeper has somehow combined a respectable point count, despite the problems of the Red Devils this season.

Defenders

The presence of two Crystal Palace -Stam guests suggests that too many Gaffers have overlooked the Eagles this campaign.

That certainly applies to Munoz, who is in second place under all assets in his position in his position five goals and six assists on top of 12 clean sheets.

The Colombian wing -back is also in third place of all players for tackles – he does it all!

Palace is facing Fulham and Southampton in Gameweek 29 – Munoz certainly deserves a popularity pike for the next deadline.

The relatively low ownership of Timber is due to the fact that most Gaffers opt for Gabriel (£ 4.6 million) or William Saliba (£ 4.5 million) when they are enthusiastic about an arsenal defender, understandable.

But the Dutchman is also a perfectly feasible option, because he is now only four points shy by his French teammate and 13 shortage of the Brazilian.

Timber makes more tackles than the first choice of the Gunners and deserves more bonus points.

Midfielders

Morgan Rogers (£ 3.9 million) is rightly one of the most popular midfielders in Dream Team this season, but it is interesting that the ownership of Tielemans has never reached double figures when he ranks Joint Ninth in his position, only a shadow among his wide -owned teammate.

The Belgium International runs the way among all players for bonus points with 48 – only one other player, Ryan Gravenberch (£ 3.2 million), has more than 40 at the moment.

In general, attacks midfielders tend to perform better than their more defensive counterparts, which probably explains Rice's relatively low property.

The No41 of Arsenal, however, has registered 13 target contributions, but not least thanks to its set pieces.

In fact, Rice's well -directed corners helped him to create 23 great opportunities in 2024/25 – Only Mohamed Salah (£ 8 million) is above him in this metric.

Johnson remains the top scorer of Tottenham this term and he was previously one of the most selected players in the game.

His property fell when he sustained an injury in January and still has to recover.

Eze is the third palace representative in this XI, who underlines the success of the South Londers since their increase in the form a few months ago.

The international of England is on average 6.8 points per game.

His dribbling skills and the ability to sign errors has helped him to achieve 37 bonus points, a count that is only improved by five players.

Dream team bosses have summoned Luis Diaz (£ 3.5 million) and Dominik Szoboszlai (£ 4.3 million) when they need a midfielder in Liverpool, but those who have taken a point on Mac Allister are properly rewarded.

The World Cup winner stands first for tackles among his teammates and Joint-Second for bonus points, not to mention his 11 targeted involvement.

Strike

The Spurs Captain is the man with the most points that appears in all positions in less than 10% of the teams.

Son has not always been at its best this season, but it is a measure of his pedigree that he is in seventh place and has scored 11 goals and has provided 14 assists in all competitions.

The South Korean superstar is perhaps an excellent option in April, when the side of Ange Postecoglou opposite Southampton and Wolves around two Europa League quarterfinals legs against Frankfurt will be confronted.

Last but not least is the Gakpo, who had a much higher property at the end of February for his poorly timed injury.

Salah has been an essential possession from the start, but there have been times when the doubling of Liverpool Forward has yielded abundant efficiency.

Gakpo scored 16 goals this season, a count that is only improved by four players.

The Dutchman came from the bank against PSG and Newcastle and is therefore contrary to start against Everton after the international break.

However, Liverpool assets are not as viable as they followed their elimination of the FA Cup and Champions League.

Here the team is complete …
