Rio Ferdinand shared his thoughts about the penalty admitted by Arsenal in their Champions League collision against Paris Saint-Germain from his hospital bed.
The TNT Sports Pundit shared a selfie from the hospital and made a thumb up gesture after the coverage of the second legs of the semi-final had started on the canal.
Ferdinand, 46, did not offer an indication of what his health situation was or how long he would be in the hospital, but shared a message that said he would look 'every minute' of the collision of his iPad.
The Legend of Manchester United was previously part of the reporting of the canal for the 1-0 victory of Aston Villa against Fulham on Saturday afternoon.
But although there are few details about his condition, Ferdinand was able to give his opinion on one controversial decision clearly.
'Horrendous Decision (shocked screaming emoji)', Ferdinand was posted on social media, after VAR was recommended to give the hosts a fine in the Parc des Princes in the second half.
The ball seemed to hit Myles Lewis-Skelly on his arm in the box with the score 2-0 to PSG on aggregated, with referee Felix Zwayer the monitor called to give his last judgment.
Gunners fans were hopeful when Achraf Hakimi, who hit the ball, did not appeal when Zwayer offered his first decision.
The hope of Arsenal seemed to be deposited when the penalty was given, where Vitinha went to the place in the 69th minute with the aim of confirming the result.
But David Raya suspected correctly, kept the efforts of the Portugal International out and kept the score 1-0 at night.
PSG defender Hakimi, however, supplied the Hamerslag, which was just in the 72nd minute to everything but the end of Arsenal's Champions League trip.
Bukayo Saka was able to retire only four minutes later, but the side of Mikel Arteta was unable to claw more goals to push the draw to extra time.
