Former UFC Middleweight Champion Robert Whittaker spent time with Israel Adesanya during the last days of his camp.
Israel Adesanya and Robert Whittaker share a lot of history during their decorated UFC career. They have twice confronted with the UFC Middleweight title where Adesanya becomes better from Whittaker on both occasions.
But Whittaker and Adesanya recently set aside their rivalry in the past in a collaboration that waves made on social media. Whittaker and Adesanya received some training together prior to their return to the Octagon and then even filmed a UFC 311 -Breakdown video.
Adesanya will be confronted this Saturday with a stiff test in Nassourdine Imavov in the UFC Riyadh Main Event. Although he is confronted with the style of Imavov, the well -completed skills of Imavov makes it a difficult task, especially from successive defeats.
According to Whittaker, Adesanya should avoid one of the biggest strengths of Imavov while trying to break his losing slip.

In a recent episode of the MMarcade Podcast, Whittaker broke down the UFC Riyadh Main Event.

But Imavov has plenty of reasons to feel confident prior to the greatest fight of his career. He has won recent victories over Brendan Allen, Jared Cannonier and Roman Dolidze during his march in the middleweight Ladder.
Adesanya will appear in his first non-title fight since the beating of UFC Hall by Famer Anderson Silva on UFC 234. Two fights later he spent Whittaker for the Linear UFC Middleweight title in Melbourne.
Adesanya hopes to set up a similar version against Imavov that he did against Silva in his last non-title fight. After working with Whittaker during his Vechtkamp, Adesanya will try to follow the advice of his new ally.
