TOTTENHAM star Rodrigo Bentancur has given an update from his hospital bed after his terrifying on-pitch collapse.
The Spurs midfielder fell to the ground unchallenged during the Carabao Cup match against Liverpool on Wednesday.
Bentancur landed awkwardly after trying to head the ball away from a corner six minutes into the match.
Teammate Pedro Porro rushed to his aid before medical staff worked on the Uruguayan for almost ten minutes.
The 27-year-old was given oxygen and placed in a neck brace before being taken away on a stretcher.
He was rushed to a nearby hospital, with boss Ange Postecoglou confirming that Bentancur was “conscious when he reached the dressing room” after the match.
The Aussie said: “It was some kind of head wound but he was conscious when he left the field.
'He was taken to hospital for observation. Hopefully he will be fine.”
Following the scary incident, the ex-Juventus man later gave a health update to his 2 million Instagram followers.
Smiling alongside partner Melany La Banca and wearing a Spurs t-shirt, Bentancur confirmed he was “all good” with a thumbs up.

He captioned the photo with a love heart emoji: “All good guys!
“Thanks for the messages. Congratulations on the win guys!”
It is not the first time this season that Bentancur has been affected by a head injury.
In August he was stretchered off against Leicester after a sickening encounter with winger Abdul Fatawu.
The midfielder then missed Tottenham's 4–0 win over Everton the following week and returned to action on 1 September, eleven days after the KO.
Bentancur was replaced by Brennan Johnson on Wednesday evening, with Tottenham taking the game to Premier League leaders Liverpool.
The Reds were wasteful on the night and paid the price late, with Lucas Bergvall giving Spurs a slim 1-0 lead ahead of next month's second leg.
But Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk was furious that the Swede did not see red just before scoring the winner.
Bergvall escaped a second yellow despite clearing Kostas Tsimikas, with referee Stuart Atwell opting to play advantage.
Van Dijk raged: “It was quite clear that it was going to be a second yellow card, it was quite clear.
“A minute later he scores the winner.
“The referee made a mistake and I told him so. It was very clear and everyone on the sidelines knew it was yellow.
“He should have left the field. There is a linesman, fourth official, VAR and referee and he does not get a second yellow.
“I'm not saying that's why we lost, but it was a big moment.”
BBC Radio 5 Live pundit Michael Brown was among those to praise Porro for his quick thinking on the pitch.
The Spaniard was the first to rush to Bentancur's aid, grabbing his head to keep his airways clear.
Brown said on the air: “Porro saw it early and got there quickly.
“The medical team did their job and were on top of it. We wish Rodrigo the best.”
