2024/2025 Series A
1-1
- Eldor Shomurodov (49 ')
- Locatelli (40 ')
It was Juve who broke the impasse, while the volley of Manuel Locatelli bounced the ground in the far bottom corner. That was the first goal admitted by Roma since 2 March, followed by three consecutive Serie A Clean Sheets.
Eldor Shomurodov replaced defender Mats Hummels after the restart, turned the Roma setup into a 4-4-2, and immediately in a corner Michele di Gregorio parried the Evan N'dicka header, but was unable to do anything on the Shomurodov follow-up of pointed white range.
Dovbyk tested Di Gregorio after a strong run and Svilar used his chest to keep Wes McKennie out at the nearby pole after he was run through the ball on the Nico Gonzalez.
Kalulu was alert to prevent Lucas Gourna-Douath from ran on a pass that released Dovbyk because he was offside, while the efforts of Kenan Yildiz were bent wide.
In the last minutes, the strike of McKennie was accused by Angelino from the edge of the area after Lloyd Kelly withdrew from the by-line.
