In his last podcast, the famous journalist Fabrizio Romano stated that Jeremie Frimpong will most likely leave Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
Romano revealed that the Frimpong release clause is approximately € 35 million, and with extra solidarity payments to its former clubs, the total costs of the transfer will approach € 40 million.
Frimpong believes that this summer is the right moment for a movement, and Liverpool has shown genuine interest in the Dutch wing-back. Reportedly, other clubs want to sign him too.
